NICKOLA COMIC ART
Welcome!
Since you're here, I'm assuming you and I share many similar interests, namely comic art. For the last 20 years, I have been slowly building my skills with the dream of one day bringing my own characters and their stories out of the mists of my imagination and share them with the world!
The NICKOLA COMIC ART website is designed to do three things - to show you what I can do, to get it into your hands, and also to interact with you directly while I create my own comic book.
This Front Cover shows some of my most recent works, and if you like what you see here, head on over to My Art Gallery. There, you'll find a large variety of my art pieces including finished drawings, rough sketches, and other experiments.
Now, when it comes down to it, art is a very personal thing. The right lines and color schemes can evoke deep emotional responses, and certain scenes can trigger fond memories or wishful desires. Other times, art is just cool and there's no rhyme or reason to it... If I've already drawn something that speaks to you in such a way, or you want me to draw something new just for you, I'm both humbled and want to immortalize that!
Whether you want a physical item that I already have in-stock, or you want a print of a piece you saw in My Art Gallery, go check out my Comic Art Store located in the Shop. You can purchase any of the in-stock items right there in the store! I have also created a Project Request Form that you can fill out for special requests. Last but not least - I have embarked on a quest to create a full-blown comic book to tell the stories that have been percolating in the back of my mind for the last 20 years. As I explore the main character and build his world, I want to share that experience with you. So, I've created a page dedicated to this called The Warrior's Journey where I'll share things like sketches and concept art, as well as my own thoughts and questions.
Everyone will be able to view The Warrior's Journey, but feedback is incredibly important. With that in mind, I have made it so special Members of this site will have the ability to make comments and interact with me directly on this journey.
