NICKOLA COMIC ART
Hi there!
Since you're here, I'm assuming you and I share many similar interests, namely comic art. For the last 20 years, I have been slowly working towards building my skills with the dream of one day bringing my characters and their stories out of the mists of my imagination and share them with the world!
The NICKOLA COMIC ART website is designed to do three things - to show you what I can do, to get it into your hands, and also to interact with you directly while I create my own comic book.
You may have already done this, but go ahead and scroll through the images on this page, and you'll see my most recent works. If you like what you see here and want to see more, head on over to My Art Gallery which showcases a large variety of my art pieces including finished drawings, rough sketches, and other experiments.
Now, when it comes down to it, art is a very personal thing. The right lines and color schemes can evoke deep emotional responses, and certain scenes can depict fond memories or a wishful desires. Other times, art is just cool and there's no rhyme or reason to it... If I've already drawn something that speaks to you in such a way, or you want me to draw something new just for you, I'm both humbled and I want to immortalize that!
Whether you want a physical item that I have in-stock, or want a print of a favorite character you saw in My Art Gallery - either way, go check out my Comic Art Store located in the Shop. Last but not least - I have embarked on a quest to recreate an old character of mine and tell the story that's been percolating in the back of my mind for many years. As I explore this character and build his world, I want to share that experience with you. So, I've created a page dedicated to this called The Warrior's Journey where I'll share things like sketches and concept art, and also my own thoughts and questions.
Everyone will be able to view The Warrior's Journey, but in order for me to make the comic book as best as possible, I'm going to need feedback. With that in mind, I have made it so only special Members of this site will have the ability to make comments and interact with me directly on the journey.
